Jednotlivé součástky jsou očištěny ultrazvukovou čističkou, vnitřní součástky byly detailně zkontrolovány pod mikroskopem. Nepoužitelné díly (ložiska, diody, stator, rotor) jsme nahradili novými, přičemž každá součástka odpovídá kvalitě originálního dílu. Po složení repasovaného alternátoru probíhá jeho testování na profesionálním testovacím zařízení. Výstupem je přiložený protokol o kvalitě.
As a part of the remanufacturing process, each alternator BOSCH 0 986 041 520 is completely dismantled. Respective components are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner whereas the miniscule parts on the inside are carefully inspected under a microscope. Unusable parts have been replaced with new ones; the replacement parts have been examined beforehand to ensure proper functionality of the whole alternator. Each component on the BOSCH 0 986 041 520 alternator meets the quality standards of an original spare part. Upon the completion of cleaning, alternator is reassembled and mounted onto an authorized testing station. The result of this testing is a calibration protocol which validates the quality and correctness of all parameters; the protocol is always included inside the package besides the product itself.
